2. Fees, Pricing, and Subscription Terms
Our standard service package consists of a one-time build/setup fee of $500.00 USD followed by an ongoing web hosting and maintenance subscription of $29.00 USD per month.
- Billing: Setup fees are charged upon client approval and custom domain activation. Monthly hosting subscriptions are billed automatically each month via our secure payment processor (Stripe).
- Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly hosting subscription at any time with 30 days written notice by emailing [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your site will remain active through the end of your prepaid billing period.
- Refunds: Because we construct custom preview websites prior to charging setup fees, all setup and hosting fees are non-refundable once approved and deployed to production.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon payment of the setup fee, you retain full ownership of all custom text, business logos, customer review content, and proprietary brand assets provided for your website. Dreamless LLC retains ownership of all underlying code libraries, template frameworks, and automated engine architectures.
